Our Story

Steve Sabins founded Bel Aire assisted living facilities in Utah in 1998 because of his desire to provide a home like, loving care environment for seniors that are no-longer able to care for themselves.

He built the first facility in Orem, UT and then in 2003 he purchased our next facility in American Fork, expanding in 2008.

Here at Bel Aire Senior Living, we take pride in providing excellent Assisted Living Services, Alzheimer’s & Memory Care, Long-Term Care & Respite Care. We serve in the following Utah County areas: American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Cedar Hills, Alpine, Highland, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Orem and Provo.

IT’S ALWAYS PERSONAL

And even though we keep defining excellence in senior care, we retain our traditional values where we always operate from the heart where love and compassion come first. We want to ensure that our residents feel like home when they reside at Bel Aire Senior Living. Our team is dedicated to positively impacting our residents’ lives each day through service and care. Our community provides an option for those looking for senior care in Utah Valley that offers comfort, expert care and a loving environment.

Jay and his wife, Amy, are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary in 2022 and have 3 children and 1 grandson, thus far. Sherry left BelAire in 2019 to take a position as a Regional Administrator and also manage other small assisted living facilities in Utah county.
